The Department runs in to its maximum capacity with more than 500 graduate students, 22 Masters students and 7 Doctoral students working at the same time in the department. The Department is well connected with the broadband internet and have a very well organized Library with latest books and Journals, including the internet facility for the students, those students who works on bioinformatics are allowed to work on the main server computers which have all the necessory bioinformatics softwares and infowares.
