AIM: To prepare 100ml L.B media.

Luria Bertani Agar modified:(LBA)Temperature: 25 degree C
NOTE: Ready made LB media from HI-MEDIA was used.
PROCEDURE: A volume of 2.5g of LBA was dissolved in 100ml of distill water. It was sterilized by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure 1210 C for 15 minutes. Appropriate volume of ampicillin was added.
